Every question below is a real question from a real discovery call. So here are the answers, upfront.

Sensible instinct. Everything we build runs on your own servers and accounts, ring-fenced per person using your existing permissions: payroll stays with payroll. Nothing sits with us, and if we disappeared tomorrow it would all keep running. No AI policy yet? We write it with you first, so your whole team knows what they can and can't plug in.

Clients under AFSL obligations run this today: VC funds, family offices.

Neither. You own all the IP, and what we build is deliberately model-agnostic: point Claude at it today, point whatever wins next year at it tomorrow. The models will keep leapfrogging each other; your foundation shouldn't care.
