How a solo CFO recruiter got 5 to 10 hours a week back
Story Recruitment places CFOs and first finance hires into tech, fintech and deep-tech companies. Tom runs it on his own from North Sydney, with a network of more than 30,000 finance professionals and 9 years in the role.
Before
In Tom's words: "Disorganized, messy, and just no real system in place." Booking first-round interviews meant emailing back and forth late at night, "8 to 10 p.m. at night where you could be sitting on your couch watching the footy". For 10 candidates, "that specific thing could take a couple of hours."
