AI industry solutions

Built for recruiters and accountants first, because that's where the pull is.

Industry AI solutions apply agents and automation to one vertical's actual workflows: recruiting, accounting, finance, professional services. Same technology, different systems of record.

Industry AI solutions apply agents and automation to one vertical's actual workflows. The technology is the same underneath. What changes is the system of record, the compliance frame, and which hours are worth automating: reporting and monitoring for financial services, candidate screening for HR and recruiting, claims processing, procurement, real estate, the supply chain, and marketing operations.

Why vertical pages instead of generic advice

Because the payback hides in specifics. Horizontal agents are failing and vertical agents are working, and the pattern shows up in our own client base: the businesses that got real value picked one industry workflow, wired an agent into the systems that run it, and measured hours out. Generic "AI for business" advice can't name your intake form, your practice management system, or your month-end close, so it can't find your payback either.

Our initial customer picture was wrong, and it's worth admitting because it maps this section. We expected big enterprises. The clients who actually showed up were sophisticated small teams, knowledge-heavy, process-rich, and decisive, a VC fund of about sixteen people among them. Recruiters and accountants pull hardest, which is why they lead the build order here.

The pattern that transfers across industries

Every vertical deployment we've shipped follows the same three moves. Find the repetitive document-and-email spine of the work. Ground the agent in the firm's own data and procedures so outputs are checkable. Put approval gates where the industry's rules demand a human, privacy obligations in recruiting, sign-off in accounting, advice boundaries in finance.

Where to go from here

Each page in this hub walks one vertical's workflows in detail. The build mechanics behind them live in AI development, the role-shaped version of the same idea in AI roles, and the readiness question, whether your firm's data and stack can support any of this yet, in AI consulting.

Common questions

Which industries benefit most from AI right now?

The knowledge-heavy, process-rich ones: recruiting, accounting, finance, and professional services. They run on documents, email, and structured judgment, exactly the work agents handle well. Our own client pull started with recruiters and accountants, which is why we build for them first.

How do I find where AI pays back in my industry?

Run the audit-grade version of the exercise: interview your teams, price the repetitive hours honestly, and let the number argue. Generic AI advice fails in verticals because the payback hides in industry-specific workflows, candidate screening, claims processing, month-end close, that a horizontal tool list never mentions.

Are industry AI tools better than general-purpose ones?

Vertical beats horizontal in what we see working: an agent wired to one industry's systems and rules ships value faster than a general assistant. But the winning setup is usually a general model grounded in your business's own data, not a niche tool for every task.
